In a recent CNBC interview, Elon Musk shared that he's increased his nightly sleep while maintaining a 7-day work schedule, allowing himself only a few days off annually.
As the CEO of Tesla, SpaceX, and Twitter, Elon Musk has a history of burning the midnight oil, with sporadic naps under his desk to get the job done. Speaking on CNBC, Musk mentioned that currently, he strives for a minimum of six hours of sleep each night.

'I tried sleeping less; in reality, even with more waking hours, I accomplished less. The habit of less than 6 hours of sleep a night used to give me headaches,' he revealed.
Despite extending his sleep duration, Elon Musk maintains the routine of working 7 days a week and takes only '2 or 3' days off each year.
While being a workaholic himself, Musk emphasizes that he doesn't expect his employees to adhere to this pattern.
'I'm not suggesting people shouldn't take breaks. I work 7 days a week, but I don't expect others to do the same,' Elon Musk stated.
Also in the CNBC conversation, Elon Musk openly discussed various issues, including questions raised by the host, touching on his statements on social media.
Elon Musk mentioned that he doesn't care if his 'provocative' tweets cause concern and drive away potential Tesla customers and Twitter advertisers.
'I'll say what I want, and if the consequence is losing money, so be it,' Musk declared.
Musk also has a strong perspective on 'remote work,' considering it 'unethical.' The Tesla CEO compares remote workers to a group losing connection with social reality, living in a dreamland of privileges.
'You get to work from home, while the people building your car have to come to the factory. Delivery drivers and home repair workers can't work remotely. Do you think you have the right to do that?'
