The Hòa Phú Thành waterfall slide area started its operation in February 2013, introducing numerous new, unique, and enticing tourism products. With its distinctive style, the waterfall slide area boasts rivers and streams spanning over 3km, winding around hills under the shade of lush green trees.
The most alluring feature when visiting Hòa Phú Thành is the water sliding activity, with each raft accommodating 2 people. There are two sessions per day at 10 am and 2 pm. Plan your travel time wisely to arrive on schedule, as there are only two sessions per day. Priced at 250,000 VND per ticket, the playtime is approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on the group size.
Before indulging in the activity, change into swimwear as this experience is 100% wet. Avoid bringing personal items such as phones, wallets, etc., as the tourist area provides a secure storage area. After preparing your attire, wear a life jacket, helmet, listen to the instructions on how to play (sitting on the raft, moving, avoiding obstacles, etc.). Then, a vehicle will take you to the source area to begin the 2.5 km journey conquering the waterfall slide with various large and small cascades.
The 3 km long waterfall section provides occasional spacious water pools for everyone to take a leisure break, recharge, and continue the journey. When you reach the final waterfall stretch, the water flows gently, signaling 'we have arrived.' Glide your boat gracefully to the middle of the lake and take a refreshing plunge.
The water at the last lake is quite shallow, allowing non-swimmers to paddle freely, even with a life jacket. You can enjoy a refreshing swim while ensuring safety.
At this point, you can also participate in the first Zipline in Da Nang, with a total length of over 300m (240m one way, 80m return). This feature was introduced by the waterfall sliding area in July 2015, featuring two cable lines for high visitor safety.
The Zipline here is quite fast due to the short slide, and many visitors find it thrilling yet safe. It adds a new and exhilarating experience for first-time participants. Playing this game is easy; just ensure you wear proper protective gear and do a pre-check before sliding.
