Day 1: Hue – Da Nang
Starting our journey from Hanoi at 6 in the morning, our group of 3 boarded The Sinh bus at Tran Nhat Duat with a round-trip fare of 500,000 VND per person. After more than a day of rest and rejuvenation on the bus, you'll arrive at Nguyen Thai Hoc – Hue around 8 o'clock the next morning.
From here, rent a motorbike to be ready for the adventure exploring Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An, priced at 120,000 VND/bike/day. A small tip is to call ahead to notify the time and location to get off the bus in order to receive the bike on time.
Scenic Delights and Excursions in Hue
Just getting off the bus after a long night, everyone's stomach must be rumbling. Head over to Vo Thi Sau to recharge with local specialties such as banh nam, banh loc, banh beo, banh uot cha tom...

When in Hue, it's a must to climb Vong Canh hill to admire the blooming wildflowers, gaze over the romantic Perfume River, and lose yourself amidst the pine forests – a perfect spot for delightful check-ins.
Around 11 in the morning, return to the city center, where you can visit Kim Long Street for lunch featuring delicious banh uot and grilled meat vermicelli at reasonable prices.
Afterwards, take a leisurely stroll around Hue for a taste of local life and don't forget to capture memorable photos at Trang Tien Bridge, the entrance gate to the ancient capital, enjoying the timeless beauty of this historic place.
Feasting and Resting in Da Nang
Around 2 in the afternoon, start your journey to Da Nang. The distance from Hue to Da Nang is 100km, reaching Hai Van Pass takes 60km. Explore Lập An Lagoon, take photos, then continue the journey over the pass. The scenery here is breathtaking, offering ample opportunities for admiration, relaxation, and photography.
In the evening, after returning to the city center, visit a eatery on Hoang Dieu Street for delicious banh beo and famous nem lui. Then, rent a room at Memory Hostel near Dragon Bridge for a comfortable rest. The room here is well-equipped and costs around 400,000 VND/person/private room.
The best time for a leisurely stroll is in the evening. Besides enjoying the scenery and inhaling the fresh air of the 'most livable city in Vietnam,' you can also indulge in various tempting snacks like yogurt, coconut caramel, and banh canh ghe.
The total 'damage' for the first day of the trip is approximately 1,400,000 VND.

Day 2: Da Nang – Hoi An
To gear up for day 2, make sure to have a hearty bowl of Mi Quang, a specialty from the Central region. Around 10 o'clock, drive along the coast following Hoang Sa Street to Son Tra Peninsula for exploration and scenic views.
Afterwards, don't forget to climb to the summit of Ban Co Peak and visit the hundred-year-old banyan tree. There are multiple routes to reach this area – one is through the path to Linh Ung Pagoda, and the other is through the direction of Thuan Phuoc Bridge, which is the most reasonable.

After some 'wandering,' head back to the intersection of Le Duc Tho – Hoang Sa to indulge in delicious and affordable seafood. Whether it's clams, grilled shrimp, sour clam soup... there are plenty of tempting dishes.
With a satisfied appetite, it's time to explore Hoi An. Leaving the hotel in Da Nang, arrive in Hoi An and consider renting a room at An Hoi Hotel on Nguyen Phuc Chu with a reasonable price of 500,000 VND/room/4 people. The hotel even has a swimming pool for relaxation. Spend a leisurely evening in Hoi An's Old Town, strolling the streets, taking photos, and enjoying street food.
The total expense for day 2 is less than 900,000 VND.
