3. Instructions
Step 1: Making Kiwi Jam
Firstly, extract the flesh of 5 golden kiwis and 5 green kiwis and place them in a non-stick pan. Then mix in 250 grams of golden sugar and simmer over low heat until the kiwis soften and thicken. Once the jam cools down a bit, transfer it into a glass jar, seal tightly, store in the refrigerator, and use as needed. Reserve some for making Kiwi Parfait dessert.

Step 2: Making Cream
Begin by whipping 250ml of whipping cream until fluffy. Then gradually add 50ml of coconut milk and 100ml of Mascarpone cheese and mix well until you get a smooth cream. Transfer this cream into a piping bag and refrigerate until firm.

Step 3: Preparing Topping Nuts
To enhance the flavor and color of this dessert, crush some roasted almonds and dry coconut to create a crunchy layer. Depending on your preference, you can use various types of dried nuts as desired.

Step 4: Preparing Fresh Kiwi
Take 1 golden kiwi and 1 green kiwi, cut them into pomegranate seed-shaped pieces, and place them in a separate bowl to use as toppings for the dessert.

Step 5: Completion
Prepare tall glass cups and layer the ingredients to form each layer. Alternate between a crunchy nut layer at the bottom, followed by a coconut cream layer, a kiwi jam layer, a layer of white pearls or jelly, and finally a layer of fresh kiwi fruit until the cup is full.
