The Statue of Mother Mary is situated at the Pilgrimage Center of Our Lady of Mount Cúi in Gia Tân 1 Commune, Thống Nhất District, within the Xuân Lộc Diocese, approximately 90 km from downtown Ho Chi Minh City. The project is located near Highway 20, heading towards Đà Lạt. From Dầu Giây intersection, travelers should continue on Highway 20 for about 15 km to reach Dốc Mơ parish, and then proceed another 5 km to reach the destination.

The Pilgrimage Center of Our Lady of Mount Cúi is one of the largest pilgrimage centers in Vietnam, boasting a square with a capacity of over 100,000 people, in addition to auxiliary areas.

The Pilgrimage Center hosts various construction projects, with the Statue of Mother Mary being the foremost. With a height measuring 33 meters from the base to the top of the statue, excluding the pedestal, it is recognized as the tallest Statue of Mother Mary in Vietnam.

As of now, the primary part of the Mother Mary statue has been completed, while 8 other categories within the Pilgrimage Center continue construction.

The statue is constructed using CNC technology combined with Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC) and surveying to ensure aesthetics, cost-effectiveness, and safety during construction.

The impressive highlight of the Mother Mary statue project is its construction atop a rugged high mountain, overlooking the vast Trị An Lake. The eyes of Mother Mary gaze upon the faithful of the Xuân Lộc Diocese.
