The Tà Năng – Phan Dũng trekking route winds through three provinces: Lâm Đồng, Ninh Thuận, Bình Thuận. Starting from Tà Năng commune, Đức Trọng district, Lâm Đồng province, 60 km south of Đà Lạt city, and concluding in the mountainous Phan Dũng commune, Tuy Phong district, Bình Thuận province.
Essentials:
– Weather, attire: In this season, rain is common after 2 p.m., so prepare rain gear for yourself and your backpack. The midday sun can be intense. In the evening, it gets quite chilly, especially around 2-3 a.m., so bring a long-sleeved jacket and a scarf for sun protection and warmth.
– Food, hydration: As this route spans over 3 days, prepare nutritionally rich yet lightweight food. On the second day of trekking through the grassy hills without streams, ensure you have enough water, at least 3 liters.
