Watch Dogs: Legion is like a curated collection of the 'best moments' from other Ubisoft games, such as Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Tom Clancy's The Division 2. And with the creative direction of Clint Hawking (Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, Far Cry 2), it's no coincidence that echoes of those games are also present here.
Watch Dogs: Legion tells a multifaceted story blending government conspiracies, corporate overreach, and hacker groups. With close combat, shooting skills, and driving, it immerses you in an open world full of intriguing discoveries.

As a member of the DeadSec hacker group, your primary task is to uncover the mastermind behind the terrorist attack known as Zero Day that shook London. Prefer stealth games? Form a covert team specialized in stealth, hacking, and sabotage. Love action-packed gameplay? Seek out characters skilled in weaponry, explosives, and combat. With a diverse cast of characters to choose from and a variety of missions to conquer, Watch Dogs: Legion allows you to dictate how you play with the companions you desire.
Apart from configuring and playing as any character, the mission design and diversity offer an 'openness' in how you can approach and accomplish your objectives. Objectives may remain consistent in some cases (hacking terminals, scanning targets, deploying spider bots, etc.), but how you execute them is constrained by your team and your preferred approach, whether sneaking past guards, taking them down, or hacking cameras to unlock pathways.
Unlock more missions as you upgrade your skills and expertise. Will you rely on your abilities to find the perfect crew members? Does the game truly allow you to access missions as you see fit? Are you able to utilize advanced technology upgrades? All these questions will be answered in the final release.
One of your greatest tools in Watch Dogs: Legion is the ability to hack various electronic interfaces in the world, represented by a thin white beam emitted from your phone and it switches from one object to another based on your perspective. This hacking ability can also be used to profile people on the streets, serving the purpose of recruiting them into DeadSec (that is, your group). By looking up their information on the phone, you will know if they share the same ideology as you. This makes recruiting much easier.
An expansive world meticulously crafted with seemingly limitless characters, coupled with a compelling revenge storyline, all set the stage for a unique and captivating gaming experience that Watch Dogs: Legion brings to players.
Watch Dogs: Legion is set to release on October 29th. The game is optimized for Xbox Series X in 4K Ultra HD quality with Smart Delivery and Ray Tracing features. Players can now pre-order the game on the Microsoft Store for Xbox.
