Rekindle your childhood dreams by 'finding' dinosaurs at the DinoQuest exhibition at Singapore Science Center. Suitable for all ages, DinoQuest is an interactive role-playing exhibition that transports you back to the Cretaceous period, when dinosaurs in Australia migrated.
Explore 7 zones, where you'll experience everything from face-to-face encounters with dinosaurs to drilling through rocks to uncover fossils! What sets DinoQuest apart from other dinosaur exhibitions is the application of scientific principles, making the multifaceted exploration more exciting.
DinoQuest exhibition takes place from 01/06 – 31/08 at Singapore Science Museum – seize the opportunity to explore this unparalleled prehistoric universe!

Below are the experiences awaiting you at the DinoQuest exhibition!!!
Before embarking, you'll be provided with an i-DinoTag RFID card. This serves as the key to your fossil exploration journey as you move through different zones.
Zone 1: Explorer’s Hut
At Explorer’s Hut, you'll meet the guide – Professor V and her assistant, Rex. Through the Diorama presentation, you'll get an overview of the discovery of Australia's first dinosaur fossils.
This is where you'll collect your fossils and use the DinoTag! Handle them carefully as they'll reveal the first clues to you!
Zone 2: Dinosaur of Darkness
Step inside, and you'll find yourself transported back to the early Cretaceous period! The entire space recreates the environment of Australia when dinosaurs roamed the polar region, moving southward with shimmering light across the sky.
Here, marvel at the lifelike Koolasuchus, Ankylosaur, and Pterosaur, alongside Australia's native dinosaurs: Leaellynasaura and Timimus – named after the researcher of penguins and curator Patricia Vickers-Rich.
Zone 3: Extinction Theatre
Experience the climax of the catastrophe that led to the dinosaur extinction at the 4D Cinema in zone 3. Through smoke effects, lights, volcanic eruptions, and more, the presentation delivers insights into the dinosaur extinction event!
Zone 4: Dig Site
Merging 3D technology with lifelike replicas, Dig Site in Zone 4 will take you on a journey to explore the fossilization processes. Playing the role of a geologist specialized in dinosaur exploration, your mission is to discover how fossils are formed and differentiate various parts of dinosaurs.
Zone 5: Laboratory
As you step into the high-tech research room of a paleontologist, you'll have the opportunity to get up close with tools used in fossil excavation projects and even witness the practical preparations behind each excavation.
Moreover, you have the chance to participate in real fossil excavation at Bone Station! Rocks transported from the Dinosaur Digging Zone in Australia, no one – including the supervisors, knows what's inside these rocks. Choose your drilling machine and join the exciting exploration journey!
Zone 6: Dinosaur Dreaming
In this area, marvel at some dinosaur skeletons found at Dinosaur Cove
Explore interactive exhibitions scattered throughout this area, providing opportunities for visitors to dive into the discovery of various dinosaur species!!!
The scientific concept is ever-evolving and illustrated through sliding digital screens, showcasing how perceptions of the Iguanodon's world have distorted and transformed since its initial discovery, along with fossils and newly revealed information over time.
Here, you'll also find a reconstructed and upsized version of the Tyrant Lizard King Timannus!!!
Zone 7: Activity Zone
In the final area, use all the fossils you've found to create your own dinosaur. Scan your DinoTag to model it before bringing your prehistoric creature to life in a vibrant rainbow display!
Next, try nurturing and releasing your 'baby' dinosaur into the Dinosaur Park, where it will roam among other creatures introduced by scientists earlier.
