The debate over adventure travel and backpacking in Vietnam between writer Trang Ha and Vblog duhocsinhmy is still ongoing.
This battle intensifies as Trang Ha, a renowned blogger, presents compelling images and stories to counter duhocsinhmy's claims that adventure travel in Vietnam is trivial. Immediately after, duhocsinhmy issues a challenge, wanting to witness Trang Ha's firsthand adventure travel and backpacking.
'Avoid using the term backpacking. Use 'immersing oneself' and 'experiencing' instead,'
This serves as the title for Trang Ha's second article following 'Backpacking or chasing girls?' to respond to duhocsinhmy's direct response video.

This perspective of Trang Ha finds agreement among many young travel enthusiasts. Huyen Chip, a recently famous blogger with the autobiography 'Pack Your Bags and Go,' shares Trang Ha's views on Lê Hưng's video: 'Riding a motorbike is not true backpacking, while bobbing heads to DMX in the park every day is? He focuses too much on 'What,' forgetting 'Why' – the reason behind his actions,'

However, there are voices in agreement with Le Hung like 'DHSM is young and passionate. His desire for more is understandable. Debating to improve is highly welcomed...' (Le Minh Chinh) or 'Would she dare say that when she was 18?' (Nam Nova).

There are also neutral but very authentic comments: 'Talking about off-road requires money and conditions. Off-roading in Vietnam has only a few teams, even if they do, it's all about extravagant activities. The rest just ride motorbikes around, taking photos on the roads of the North. Can't really blame them,'
The 'verbal combat' between the two sides is both persuasive and logically sound. Online debates nowadays are few, but perhaps it's Duhocsinhmy's straightforwardness rather than throwing stones, and Trang Ha's calmness and experience that make this topic special, taken seriously rather than just a casual scandal or fame-enhancing event.
'When you go backpacking, take me with you!'
Yesterday, Le Hung's latest status update officially turned the online battle of words into a 'challenge' for Trang Ha, escalating the debate to a tense level:

You wrote: 'I've read the latest note from Trang Ha. I thought she could show me her real iconic experiences instead of other people's photos. Just as she said: to prove something, one must lift oneself from the seat. I don't want to comment further on this issue. But if there are indeed adventurous things like that in the world...' You attached a picture above.
And just a few hours after being shared among friends on Trang Ha's 'home,' this status has garnered over 800 likes and comments. This intriguing online 'war of words' may have reached its peak.
Photographer Na Son - one of those who have undertaken numerous adventurous trips and extreme sports across Vietnam - has also spoken out to Trang Ha: 'Forget about wasting time arguing with that kid. Just take a few flights, climb, wear shorts and ride on those winding mountain roads, beside cliffs, then snap a few photos to shut up those opposing voices,'

But at this point, one thing that can be realized is whether to truly convince that 'adventure travel in Vietnam is entirely possible,' and to bring adventure travel closer to the community passionate about exploring tourism in Vietnam, it's time for a real trip.
