Sometimes, you want to add more vibrancy to your presentation, captivate your audience, or provide specific evidence through sound. You can easily enhance your document by inserting audio. The process is simple but yields excellent results.
Step 1: Choose the Insert tab -> Object.

Step 2: In the Object dialog box, select the Create From File tab. In the File name section, click Browse and choose the path to the audio file you want to insert.

Step 3: The Browse dialog appears -> select the file you want to insert -> click Insert.

- You can customize the icon for the audio file by clicking on Change Icon.
- After selecting OK, the result:

- To open the audio file, double-click on the icon.
