Di Linh is a district in Lam Dong province, situated on the Di Linh plateau. The name originates from Djiring – the name of a village head who established the market. Di Linh is 222 km northeast of Ho Chi Minh City and 78 km south of Da Lat.

Getting around
Di Linh enjoys a cool climate, with an average temperature of 20 degrees Celsius throughout the year. The rainy season in this region lasts from April to November. Each season has its own characteristics, so you can choose your preferred time to visit.
You can reach Di Linh by motorbike, bus, or plane.
Traveling by motorbike: From downtown Ho Chi Minh City, head towards Hanoi Highway to Highway 1 – Dau Giay intersection – Highway 20 – Bao Loc – Di Linh.
You can purchase tickets for the Ho Chi Minh City – Da Lat route (get off at Di Linh) at Mien Dong Bus Station or from bus companies like Phuong Trang, Thanh Buoi. Ticket prices range from 170,000 to 240,000 Vietnamese dong per person one way.
If traveling by plane, you can buy tickets for the Ho Chi Minh City – Lien Khuong Airport route, then take a taxi from the airport to Di Linh. Airfare is approximately 500,000 to 800,000 Vietnamese dong per person one way.
Eating, Accommodation
Di Linh does not have any prominent specialties. Some dishes you can try include rice, Quang noodles, crab noodle soup (available in the market), various fruits, and agricultural products.
For groups of 10 people or more, you can contact the local authorities to request overnight camping near the waterfall. However, for safety reasons, it's advisable to rent rooms at hotels or guesthouses in the central area of the town. Room rates here range from 150,000 to 250,000 Vietnamese dong per night.

Places of Interest

Li Liang Waterfall, also known as Bridge 4 Waterfall, is situated in Gung Ré commune, approximately 12 km from the town center. To reach here, take a right turn from Di Linh town onto QL 28 and travel about 13 km. The waterfall boasts a gentle flow resembling a maiden's hair. Experiences at the waterfall include admiring the cascade, bathing in the stream, lounging on the expansive rocks, resting, or reading.
PốPla Waterfall, or Bobla, is located in Liên Đầm commune, Di Linh district. In the K’ho language, PốPla means elephant ivory. Bobla Waterfall features a strong flow with foamy white water. Aside from marveling at the waterfall, visitors can explore the surrounding forest, bathe in the stream, and visit coffee gardens in bloom.
Kala Lake is a man-made reservoir in Bảo Thuận commune, Di Linh district. The lake covers an area of 300 hectares. From afar, the lake resembles a gigantic mirror surrounded by lush green pine forests. At different times of the day, the lake and its dam exhibit their own unique beauty. The most enchanting and mystical moments occur at dawn and dusk.
Linh Thắng Pagoda (located on Hùng Vương Street, QL 20, Di Linh town) was established in 1993 through the efforts of Mr. Huỳnh Duyên Quỳ and Mr. Trương Quang Thám, who rallied the local community for contributions. Visitors to Linh Thắng Pagoda can admire its splendid architecture, beautiful surroundings, and refreshing courtyard.
