On November 20, as part of the 5th Freshmen Welcome Day organized by the Center for Student Support and Development in Vietnam, Ocean Entertainment Group, in its role as a co-organizer, will officially announce and launch the National Esports Student Tournament 2023 at Hoan Kiem pedestrian street in Hanoi.
Over the past decade, the gaming industry, in general, and Esports, in particular, have witnessed significant growth and garnered considerable attention, especially among the youth. Recognizing the trends of the era, Ocean Entertainment Group (OEG), established in May 2022, is on a mission to propel Vietnamese Esports to new heights, matching up with countries in the region and worldwide.
Founded in May 2022, OEG has professionalized its operations, covering organization, operation, training, production, with the goal of becoming a parent company holding satellite brands revolving around the core of Esports, creating a comprehensive professional ecosystem. From scouting, training, and managing professional gaming teams to organizing Esports tournaments and producing Esports content, OEG covers it all.
Clearly defining its mission, OEG has been regularly organizing tournaments for the student community on a weekly and monthly basis since its establishment. Focusing on promoting the Esports movement within the student community, OEG aims to develop the national Esports scene and provide students with opportunities to develop their talents and explore the Esports industry.

On November 20th, as part of the 5th Freshman Welcome Day organized by the Center for Student Support and Development of Vietnam, held at Hoan Kiem pedestrian street (Hanoi), OEG, as a co-organizer, will officially announce and launch the national Esports Student Tournament 2023.
The tournament is scheduled to take place from January to March 2023. It aligns with OEG's long-term development strategy and mission since its establishment. Additionally, the program will feature a showdown in the game League of Legends: Wild Rift between the two most prominent female teams, MDH and Lotus. Simultaneously, OEG will unveil its strategic partners such as Momo, MDH Esports, TikTok, Hoang Tuan Technology, VNG, Beatvn, Fusoft, VIRESA, Xiaomi Vietnam, and more.
Beyond Esports, OEG's ecosystem also focuses on areas like Esports Stadium, Platform, and Production House, envisioning becoming the largest entertainment ecosystem in Vietnam and the region in the future.
With the goals that OEG is pursuing as a professional Esports organizer, along with blockbuster tournaments, OEG consistently provides professional Esports solutions for partners and the community. Accompanying OEG is a massive media presence, comprehensive policies, and pinnacle projects, notably the Esports Stadium system (expected to officially operate in early 2023), promising breakthroughs for Esports tournaments in the coming years.
