Contrary to common perceptions, Uyen's achievements are not the result of elaborate schemes but rather stem from her boundless passion for gastronomy.

'I love eating so much, it's safe to say I'm extremely passionate about it. Every time I engage in this work, I get to explore numerous new eateries and enticing dishes. Looking back, everything I've done over the past five years has been self-funded. There were times when it was challenging and exhausting, with little time due to other commitments. However, I always remind myself, first, 'for the culinary journey of oneself,' and second, 'for the love and passion for the local cuisine.' So, I continue,' she affirms.

Another distinctive aspect of this young lady is her biological sister, known as Helen. Helen is also renowned in Da Nang and among many foreigners for her writing and reviews on Da Nang's cuisine. Helen has been featured in numerous well-known foreign newspapers and magazines. Each article and YouTube clip by Helen receives at least several tens of thousands to nearly a million views.

Furthermore, Uyen and Helen's cooking tutorials and reviews have gained a certain level of credibility among foreign tourists. Almost as if they place great trust in what both sisters introduce. Therefore, Uyen pays even more attention to her culinary articles to make them increasingly known for the cultural nuances, cuisine, and people of Da Nang.
