When utilizing this feature, messages undergo optimal encryption during transmission. Nevertheless, there are cases where upgrading end-to-end encryption seems challenging. 1. Update Zalo Software to the Latest Version
If you are still using an older version of Zalo, the end-to-end encryption feature will not be supported. So, update Zalo to the latest version by going to the store > Top right corner of the screen, select profile icon > If there is a new update for Zalo, please update. Also, to ensure the stability of other applications, press Update All.

2. Unstable Network Connection
Another reason for the unstable operation of the end-to-end encryption feature is network issues. If your WiFi is experiencing problems, check and retry by going to Settings > Click on info icon > Forget this network and reconnect. For more certainty, you can also use mobile data, then return to test Zalo's end-to-end encryption feature.
