Specifically, inserting headphones works normally. However, upon removal, incoming calls or messages fail to produce any sound. Wondering if others have encountered this problem too? Hoping for assistance since my warranty has expired. I did attempt to check the used iPhone as recommended by Mytour previously, and initially, everything seemed fine. It's only been the last 3 or 4 days that the speaker issue on my iPhone 5s has arisen.
Even listening to music faces the same issue, folks. Only when headphones are plugged in does it work properly.
