While still featuring familiar meats like pork, chicken, emu, American beef, shrimp, squid, octopus, salmon,..., a change in marinade and dipping sauce transforms the flavor entirely!

Make your own fragrant and delicious soybean pudding, as smooth and tasty as Sing BBQ
Ingredients (for 3 - 4 servings): 300ml soy milk (store-bought or homemade), 130g fresh cream (whipping cream), 15g sugar (adjust according to your sweetness preference and whether your soy milk already contains sugar or not; if making homemade soy milk, adjust sugar accordingly), honey, 7.5g gelatin leaves.
First, soak the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water.
Place the pot on the stove, add soy milk and sugar, stirring continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved. Once the milk is heated (no need to boil), you can turn off the heat.

You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste preferences
Remove the gelatin leaves, squeeze out excess water, and add them to the milk pot, stirring until dissolved. Then, pour in the fresh cream and continue stirring.
Now, prepare a container, it could be a mold/bowl/glass, place a strainer on top, and slowly pour the milk-cream mixture through. The purpose of straining is to ensure the pudding comes out soft and smooth, without any lumps.

The more meticulous you filter, the smoother the pudding gets.
If bubbles appear on the surface after pouring, gently blot them with a clean cloth or paper towel to ensure a smooth mixture. Place it in the fridge to set. Once the pudding is firm, you can take it out and enjoy.
