Touch the Fonts (1) app and Download (2) to get it.

Note: The Fonts app doesn't support Vietnamese and offers only a limited selection of fonts. To access the full range of fonts, you need to purchase the advanced font package within the app.
Step 2: After downloading, you don't need to open the Fonts app. Next, go to Settings => General => Keyboard (1) => Keyboards (2).

Step 3: Choose Keyboards (1) => Add new keyboard (2).

Step 4: Select Fonts (1) to add a new keyboard. Then, click on the Fonts (2) keyboard once again in the keyboard list.

Step 5: Toggle the switch Allow Full Access (1) => Allow (2).

Step 6: After installation, you can start using the new font. While typing, tap the globe icon (1) on the keyboard => select Fonts (2). To switch fonts, tap on the desired font at the top of the keyboard (3).
