How to Replace Words in PowerPoint

Step 1: Open PowerPoint.

Step 3: The Replace dialog appears > In the Find what box, enter the keyword you want to search for > Press Find Next immediately the word you need to find will be highlighted.
Step 4: In the Replace with box, enter the word you want to replace > Then press Replace All.
