Typically, your computer can generate multiple keyboard shortcuts to swiftly toggle applications or features. However, when using Google Chrome, you aren't officially allowed to create custom shortcuts. But fear not, there's a nifty workaround. In this article, I'll guide you on how to create your own shortcuts on Chrome, speeding up your workflow.
How to Create Chrome Shortcuts
Step 1: Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for Shortkeys extension, then click Add to Chrome.
Step 2: Next, select add extension to install.
Step 3: Now, open the extension and set up shortcut combinations under the Shortcut section, name under Label, and action under Behavior.
Example: Here, I'm using the S key for the Shortcut, naming it 'back' for the Label, and assigning the back action for the Behavior.
Step 4: Now, press Save shortcuts to complete the process of creating custom shortcuts.
