1.1 Overview of PasGo
For new partners eager to explore more about PasGo, PasGo was introduced in 2015 as a technological solution enabling diners to make restaurant reservations in advance, ensuring a destination while enjoying accompanying complimentary perks.
As of October 2020, PasGo has built a network of over 2000 top-notch restaurants, establishing quality connections with a diverse customer base in major cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Nha Trang... PasGo can be considered the pioneering and leading online restaurant reservation platform in Vietnam.
For restaurant partners, PasGo brings three significant benefits: One, a specialized, free-of-charge promotion channel for the restaurant industry; Two, an intelligent and effective sales channel; Three, a customer care and retention solution.
1.2 PasGo's Ship Booking Service
After exploring the market and refining our technology, on 21/10/2020, PasGo officially introduced the new feature Ship Booking on the PasGo App for both Android and IOS operating systems. The new Ship Booking feature will run concurrently with PasGo's existing Table Reservation feature.
PasGo's Ship Booking is a delivery service from points of sale within PasGo's supplier network (restaurants, eateries, grocery stores, etc.) to locations desired by customers using the PasGo App.
With this feature, customers can easily order food, drinks, and groceries online anytime, anywhere with an internet connection. Additionally, it presents an opportunity for our restaurant partners to have an effective sales channel.
2. Benefits for partners when collaborating with PasGo's Ship Booking Service

The most noticeable benefits are for small retail stores, small-scale eateries, those without a physical storefront, and inconvenient locations, making it difficult for customers to access.

In the context of the complex development of Covid-19, coupled with the robust advancement of technology, more and more restaurants are focusing on online business, selling food to customers through mobile applications. Many restaurants and eateries have changed their business models, transitioning to entirely online channels. This approach saves on rental costs while still ensuring revenue.

3. Collaboration Model with PasGo's Ship Booking Service
3.1 Collaboration Format
- Each establishment will have a dedicated storefront and be mapped on the PasGo App.
- Establishments proactively update their menu, promotions, etc., on the App.
- Establishments utilize the MB PasGo App to receive orders (a tool provided free of charge).
- Orders through PasGo should be placed at least 45 minutes in advance, allowing establishments ample time for preparation.
- The minimum order value for orders placed through PasGo is 100,000 VND/order.
3.2 Order Receiving and Delivery Process
- Customers choose dishes on the App => Establishment receives the order & prepares the dishes => Self-delivery (or call a delivery service) => Collect payment from the customer => Pay commission to PasGo.
*Soon, PasGo will optimize and collaborate with professional delivery partners to have drivers pick up orders for delivery.
