Players can enhance their accessories using EXP gems and their main & secondary weapons/armor/helmets using level 1 to 5 stones. To enhance an item, simply place it in the item slot and proceed with the enhancement process. At each level, the system will require corresponding materials, and of course, these materials will be consumed upon completion of the enhancement.
Success in enhancement isn't guaranteed in Gunny Origin. Even with a reported success rate of 90%, failure can occur. In such cases, equipment/weapons may degrade in level, prompting players to grind or purchase more stones for the next enhancement attempt. If successful, the equipment/weapon/accessory level will increase, and attributes such as damage, attack, defense, agility, and luck will rise accordingly, ultimately boosting the overall strength of the character. Note that for accessories, the enhancement result is always 100%, resulting in a straightforward power increase.
In addition to character empowerment through Enhancement, players can also split, refine, transfer, and merge equipment/weapons/accessories. All of these actions require a visit to the Forge and consume materials & resources to alter the attribute stats of the item.
It can be said, this is one of the few features that brings a lot of emotions to players due to the uncertainty with each enhancement attempt. This feature aims to enhance the strength of characters while also helping players reflect on their 'character' level!
