- 500g pork belly
- 1 ripe pineapple
– 4 dry onions, 1 – 2 spicy peppers
– Seasonings: fish sauce, bouillon cubes, fish sauce, black pepper.
How to make
Step 1: Preparing ingredients
– First, rinse the pork belly thoroughly, cut into squares of suitable size, drain and place in a bowl. Marinate the meat with the following ingredients: 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 teaspoons of black pepper, 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 teaspoons of bouillon cubes, ½ chopped dry onion, and let it sit for 20 minutes.

– For the pineapple, peel and remove the eyes, then sprinkle with a little salt and rinse with cold water until clean. Then, cut the meat slightly larger than the pork.

- Finely chop the dry shallots. Remove the seeds from the chili and slice finely.
Step 2: Cooking Fragrant Braised Pork
- Heat up some oil in a pot, sauté the chopped shallots until fragrant. Then add the marinated pork, stir-fry until the pork is firm. Next, pour in some water to simmer the pork for about 10 minutes.

- Then add pineapple to the pot, along with another chili, cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes until the pork sauce thickens. Season generously. Serve the fragrant braised pork onto a plate.
