- Several dried shallots

- Cooking oil, seasoning powder, a bit of sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce.
PART 2: HOW TO MAKE ASSORTED SAVORY STICKY RICE
Step 1:
Rinse the glutinous rice thoroughly, put it into a rice cooker with some seasoning powder, a bit of salt, a bit of dark soy sauce, a little cooking oil, then add water and cook until done as cooking rice.
Step 2:
Rinse the dried shrimp thoroughly and soak them in water for 10 minutes until softened, then remove the shrimp. Thinly slice the Chinese sausage, finely chop the pork sausage, finely chop the scallions, and thinly slice the dried shallots.
Step 3:
