Post-Apocalyptic Setting of Fallout 3
The first familiar sight that greets gamers is the dark corridors of Vault 33, an underground stronghold used by humans for survival after the nuclear conflict. However, unlike Fallout 3 set in Washington D.C or Fallout 4 in Boston, Fallout Live Action takes gamers to Los Angeles, showcasing what remains of the San Monica Pier.

Even in a different city, the essence of Fallout 3 is easily recognizable as the main character, Lucy (Ella Purnell), emerges from Vault 33 into a world bathed in light, facing encounters with mutated creatures, and exploring the desolate post-nuclear landscape.
Mutated Creatures Scattered Everywhere
On the surface lies a world entirely distinct from Vault 33. Starting from here, Lucy will confront mutated animals like radroaches, Yaogai (monsters, radiation-infused bears), and creatures that have coexisted and evolved with the environment, such as Ghouls and Mutants.

This creature system is not unfamiliar to gamers who have experienced previous Fallout versions. However, when brought to the screen, their speed and power are elevated to new heights, especially when a Yaogai can pounce and tear apart each piece of Power Armor.

Additionally, the familiar Dog Meat from Fallout 4 (or its descendants) will also make an appearance in the Live Action version, potentially playing a crucial role in guiding and searching for essential supplies.
The Brotherhood of Steel and Its Connection to Fallout 4
The Brotherhood of Steel is the distinctive focal point that Fallout gamers often think of, especially its design that easily evokes memories of Fallout 4 with the heavy Power Armor, Vertibird aircraft, and the massive airship Prydwen.

Particularly for gamers who have experienced Fallout 4, it's not challenging to recognize Prydwen as the singular massive air asset that survived the war. Could it be that the Fallout live-action storyline will tightly intertwine with the journey of finding one's son in Boston from Fallout 4?
