Step 4: The image is labeled as &[Picture]. Click any cell outside the header, and the image, logo will appear:
Step 5: To make the image appear behind the text, open the header, select Format Picture in Header & Footer Elements under the Header & Footer Tools Design tab.
Step 6: Click Picture on the Format Picture dialog box and choose Washout in the Color section then press OK.
