- Enjoy 0% interest installment for 12 months. For HSBC and Sacombank customers, you can opt for a 24-month term for purchasing genuine Samsung Galaxy S21 series 5G when paying with international credit cards from 24/01/2021 to 31/12/2021 and completing online registration.
General Information:
- Applicable products: (prices may vary over time).
Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G (8GB/128GB version) genuine product – Selling price (including VAT): 25,990,000 VND.
Brand-new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (12GB/28GB version) genuine product – Selling price (including VAT): 30,990,000 VND.
- Applicable credit cards: International credit cards for individual customers issued in Vietnam by one of the following banks: Vietcombank, Citibank, HSBC, Shinhanbank, Sacombank, Techcombank, VP Bank, MSB, SeABank, BIDV Bank, VIB, ACB (*).
- The maximum installment registration amount: Equal to the payment amount when purchasing a Samsung Galaxy phone listed under the applicable products and must not exceed the retail price including VAT of that product. Each credit card cannot register for participation more than eight times(**).
- Installment period: 12 months and 24 months.
- Applicable locations: At authorized retailers/ stores selling genuine Samsung phones nationwide during the program period.
- Program period: From 24/01/2021 to 31/12/2021.
Installment Registration Process:
Step 1: Cardholders complete the payment transaction to purchase genuine Samsung Galaxy S21 series phones during the program period at participating locations using international credit cards (for individuals) issued in Vietnam by one of the partner banks including Vietcombank, Citibank, HSBC, Shinhanbank, Sacombank, Techcombank, VP Bank, MSB, SeABank, BIDV Bank, VIB, ACB (***).
When the cardholder purchases a phone along with other products/accessories, they must request the store staff to separate the payment transaction for the Samsung Galaxy phone from transactions for other products/accessories.
Step 2: Open the Galaxy Gifts app on the newly purchased Samsung Galaxy S21 Series phone. Navigate to the installment program banner to register information on the app. Follow the instructions on the app to enroll in the 0% installment plan for the Samsung Galaxy phone included in the program applicable to the cardholder. (***) (*****).
Step 3: After successful registration, the system will send a notification: 'Thank you for participating in the program. Your transaction will be converted within 10 days. For any inquiries, please contact the toll-free hotline 1800 588 855 or 02873013213 (charged) for assistance'.
Step 4: Samsung and the issuing bank will cross-reference and verify the information provided by the cardholder on the installment registration website and convert the installments for valid transactions of the cardholder.
IMPORTANT:
() At the time of payment, the available credit limit on the cardholder's credit card must be sufficient to successfully execute the payment transaction for purchasing the Samsung Galaxy S21 Series 5G phone at Mytour.
() In case the cardholder purchases a Galaxy S21 Series 5G phone along with other products or accessories, they must request the store staff to separate the card swipe transaction for the Samsung Galaxy phone (S21 Series) from transactions for other products or accessories. The program only requires separating payment transactions when swiping the card, no need to separate product invoices.
If the cardholder does not separate the card swipe transaction for the Samsung Galaxy S21 Series 5G phone, their installment registration may not be accepted, and the cardholder will have to pay according to the regular terms and conditions of the issuing bank.
() The registration for 0% installment on Samsung's Galaxy Gifts app must be completed within 02 days from the date of credit card swipe payment for the applicable product, and must be before the cardholder's credit card statement date. Additionally, for devices activated under MCS warranty beyond 21 days (3 weeks) from the purchase date, installment conversion will not be allowed. (Please check with the retail store if there are activation issues regarding warranty 6060).
() Specifically for Citibank cardholders, please confirm with the store staff regarding participation in Citi PayLite installment before payment, and text '0' to 6058 to receive the link to the Online 0% Interest Citi PayLite Installment Program Registration Form, fill in the transaction information and agree to the program's Terms and Conditions, then press 'Submit Request', after completing the registration on Samsung's website.
(**) Specifically for VP Bank cardholders, the installment program only applies to 8-digit BIN credit cards on the following list (52039930, 52039930, 52039967, 52039999, 52397568, 52397579, 52397599, 52439430, 52439466, 52439499, 52439468, 52439469, 51896601, 51896602). VP Bank's 24/7 department will call the customer to confirm installment. In case of no contact after 3 attempts, the bank will reject installment conversion for the customer.
