March has reached its midpoint, signaling that many currently airing anime series are at the climax of their plots (within a single season release). This also means a slew of new anime is gearing up for release next month, igniting anticipation among fans.
Typically, the Spring anime season boasts the highest number of releases each year. This season promises a plethora of enticing anime waiting to be discovered, ranging from original works to long-awaited manga adaptations. But among all these titles, which one is the most anticipated?
The renowned Japanese website Anime!Anime! conducted a survey among registered users with the question: 'Which anime series are you most looking forward to in the Spring 2023 anime lineup (from April to June)?'.
The survey took place from March 1st to March 8th this year in Japan. Of the respondents, 45% were male, 50% were female, and 5% chose not to disclose their gender.
Recently, the results of this survey have been announced.
