Fireworks Festival on the Beach takes place at East Sea Park from 6 p.m. on December 31, 2015, to 12:30 a.m. on January 1, 2016. This marks the first time Da Nang hosts a fireworks festival on the beach, counting down to the New Year, alongside music performances by artists such as My Linh, Miu Le, MC Thanh Bach... The program aims to celebrate the 19th anniversary of Da Nang being a centrally-run city and welcome the new year. It is expected to have 553 high-altitude fireworks launched from 176 firing platforms, with 5 rotating effect rings.
