From June 17th to 26th, My Khe Beach will be transformed into a major stage for outdoor entertainment activities in Da Nang.
Vibrant Da Nang Tourism - Summer 2016 Hotspot
On the evening of June 17th, at East Sea Park, the Da Nang People's Committee inaugurated the Da Nang – Summer 2016 Hotspot program. This annual tourism event of Da Nang aims to bring visitors a festival overflowing with cultural, sports, and tourism activities.
This festival includes main activities such as sand sculpture, street carnival, sports cycling race, beautiful photo exhibition of Da Nang, folk games, international tourism fair, seafood cuisine, and more.
Furthermore, during the festival days, Da Nang also organizes exhibitions of documentary photos asserting sovereignty over the Hoang Sa – Truong Sa archipelagos, attracting a large number of tourists.
Ahead of the festival, Da Nang city has implemented a dedicated wheelchair-accessible route to the beach for people with disabilities.
Mr. Tran Chi Cuong, Deputy Director of Da Nang Tourism Department, assures that the festival will provide visitors with an unforgettable experience during the beach tourism season.
