Recently, Big Bad Bear, a prominent leaker in the League of Legends community, disclosed information regarding the upcoming winter-themed skins set to arrive. According to the leaker, Riot is planning to release new winter skins in patch 13.24, although their theme remains a mystery. Speculations are rife about the Snow Lord theme, as it's a fan favorite among gamers. However, Riot might also unveil an entirely new skin line named Rolling In Ice. In fact, this theme has appeared in a survey about skins conducted by Riot.
Furthermore, Big Bad Bear also revealed that Camille and the new champion Hwei will be the champions to receive winter skins in the upcoming patch 13.24. This information has left many League of Legends players ecstatic because if it turns out to be true, we'll witness the next champion arriving in patch 13.24.
