Exciting News: Minecraft Education Edition Coming Soon to iPad

Today, Microsoft just announced that the educational version of Minecraft, known as Minecraft Education Edition, will soon be available for iPad. Schools using Minecraft Education Edition for the first time can utilize the Tutorial World, but will still need a game license. However, if teachers go through Microsoft 365 for Education A3 or A5, they can start downloading and installing the game.

Kyriakos Koursaris, Head of Educational Technology at PaRK International School, stated that Minecraft Education Edition on iPad is a revolutionary educational method, transforming traditional teaching and learning approaches. The features of Minecraft Education Edition provide learners with in-depth knowledge and various skills, including 21 different skills.

For players on Windows 10 PC or Xbox console, Microsoft has released the Chemistry Resource Pack, allowing users to extract and combine elements into different compounds. Download Minecraft Education Edition for Windows 10

The initial expansion is being rolled out for Minecraft Education Edition, so users can play the game anywhere, even when not at school.

For schools not enrolled in Microsoft 365 subscriptions, players can still access Minecraft Education Edition through the Microsoft Store for Education annual subscription package.
