Job Description: |
- Mastering product information thoroughly.- Enhancing Mytour's online presence across various channels.- Supporting the monitoring, development, and care of the Social Media community such as: Facebook Fanpage, Youtube, Twitter, Wordpress, Pinterest…- Customer care and exploring new customer needs via phone.- Data entry and updating information about products and promotions on the company's website.- Advising and directly assisting customers with hotel service information, flight tickets.- And other tasks as required. |
