Everyone lines up either vertically or horizontally. When the MC shouts, “punch the back, punch the back,” the person behind punches the back of the person in front. The same goes for rubbing the back and squeezing the shoulders. Then the whole group turns around and does the same in reverse.

Game rules: each member sits on the canvas, one person places a food tray on it, the other 2 members use force to move the canvas towards the finish line, ensuring the food tray doesn't break and no one slips off the canvas. The team that reaches the finish line first wins.
10. Outdoor Team Building Game with Increasing Difficulty: Bringing Water to the Village
Number of players: unlimited, from 10 people per team
Equipment: long plastic water troughs about 30-50cm, water buckets, plastic bottles
Game rules: the game is held on the beach or riverbank. One member is tasked with fetching water, while the others stack plastic troughs to form an overhead bridge, from the starting line to the finish line (where the plastic bottle is placed). When the facilitator shouts 'start', the water fetcher quickly scoops water from under the sea and pours it onto the 'bridge' to flow into the bottle. In 5 minutes, the team with the highest water level in the bottle wins.
11. Slippery Path
Equipment: plastic bottles, wide canvas sheets, soap water
Game rules: each member will play the role of a bowling ball in the game. The facilitator pours soap water onto the canvas sheet, places the plastic bottles in a triangular shape at the finish line. When signaled, each member slides quickly towards the plastic bottles, twisting to knock down as many bottles as possible. The one with the highest score wins.
