The Bình Liêu Golden Season Festival 2022 is set to take place from November 4th to the end of December, as part of the Cultural and Tourism Week organized by the People's Committee of Bình Liêu district, Quảng Ninh province.
According to representatives from the Northeast Paragliding Club, the festival aims to promote new tourism experiences, promising to provide visitors with exciting and memorable adventures in the beautiful border mountainous region of Bình Liêu.
The event is expected to attract around 80 pilots from across the country, participating in various non-motorized paragliding activities such as precision landing competitions, achievement competitions, fun flying, and tandem flying experiences, as well as motorized paragliding demonstrations and tandem flights.

During the Golden Season Cultural and Tourism Week in 2022, numerous captivating activities await visitors, such as the adventurous 'Golden Path Run' scheduled for October 29th; the traditional New Rice Celebration on November 4th; the finale of the 'Most Beautiful Ethnic Costume Contest in Bình Liêu District 2022'; the exhilarating paragliding event 'Flying over the Golden Season'; and notably, the 'Women's Ethnic Soccer Tournament in Bình Liêu District' held on November 5th.
Additionally, tourists can immerse themselves in the enchanting 'Bamboo Paradise', experience the 'Dinosaur Ridge', explore the border roads and sacred landmarks of our nation, and visit various tourist spots within the district such as the Cao Sơn Flower Garden, Khe Vằn Waterfall, Sông Moóc Waterfall, Mount Cao Ba Lanh, Cao Ly, and Cao Xiêm. Towards the end of October in the Gregorian calendar, the golden ripened rice fields across the terraced hillsides and villages of Bình Liêu, a highland border district, become the focal point for attracting tourists.
The 'Flying over Bình Liêu's Golden Season 2022 Paragliding Festival' will take place over two days, November 5th-6th, 2022, in Lục Hồn Commune, Bình Liêu District, Quảng Ninh Province.
