From June 1 to August 31, Saigon will host the South Vietnam Fruit Festival 2023, organized by Suoi Tien Cultural Tourism Area, Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations (HUFO), Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Department of Tourism.
The upcoming South Vietnam Fruit Festival in Saigon promises an immersive experience with a special fruit market. The event will showcase renowned fruit brands such as Lai Thieu mangosteen, Hoa Loc Ben Tre mangoes, Tien Giang green-skinned pomelo, Dakado avocados – durians – passion fruits from Dak Lak… along with agricultural products like Tien Giang pomelo wine, Tra Vinh coconut sugar and honey, Omega 3 rice… Visitors will marvel at the 'Giant Fruit Collection,' featuring a variety of fruits from different regions brought to Suoi Tien, demonstrating the richness and uniqueness of Vietnamese tropical fruits.
This year's special fruit festival will also feature a collection of premium fruits from around the world, including: Indian pomegranates, American plums, Brazilian cherries, Japanese pink grapes, French black currants, Taiwanese milk apples, Japanese sim apples…
The festival will also see participation from the Vietnam Friendship Association with various countries: Vietnam – ASEAN, Vietnam – India, Vietnam – Indonesia, Vietnam – Cambodia…
