Honkai Star Rail 1.3 is set to introduce a plethora of new content, much like version 1.2, including the debut of playable characters Fu Xuan and Dan Heng Yin Yue. 

While HoYoverse has confirmed the introduction of new characters, details about the upcoming version have not been officially disclosed. However, recent leaks have provided insight into several additions expected in version 1.3.

As mentioned earlier, Dan Heng Yin Yue (Dan Heng IL) and Fu Xuan are set to debut in the upcoming 1.3 version. According to our gathered sources, Dan Heng IL will be a character of the Destroyer fate with the Virtual Number element, bringing the ability to inflict Area of Effect damage similar to Blade at the current time. Additionally, other 4-star characters include:

• Yukong 

• Asta

• March 7th

Therefore, Fu Xuan will appear in phase 2 of version 1.3. As for Fu Xuan, she is a character of the Quantum element under the Guardian fate to minimize damage for allies. Here are the 4-star characters who will accompany our stargazer:

• Lynx (Quantum, Prosperity)

• Hook

• Pela

In the upcoming 1.3 version, Golden People Street will be the next area players can explore in Xianzhou Luofu. Alongside the introduction of the new area, the bustling Old Golden People Street event will be launched, and players may receive additional Sushang for free just like Yukong in this version 1.2.

Additionally, three new light crowns will be added to Honkai: Star Rail, including:

• She Who Crushes Eyes (5-star, Guardian)

• Brighter Than Sun (5-star, Destroyer)

• Healing Alone (5-star, Void)

Among these three light crowns, you will be able to receive the Healing Alone crown for free at Herta's shop in the Simulation Universe. The other two light crowns will appear in the banners of the two new characters respectively: Fu Xuan and Dan Heng IL.

Companion quests and new features in version 1.3

According to reputable leakers, there will be around 4 new companion quests introduced. They are named as follows:

• Total Recall (March 7th)

• Farther Than The Snow Plains (Lynx)

• Returning of the Dragon (Dan Heng Yin Yue)

• Mo Cuishle (Luka)

In addition to information about companion quests, light crowns, and new characters, there is another important update: the exploration energy limit will be increased from 180 to 240, meaning you can farm an extra 60 energy in the future.
