If you're a fan of their signature shrimp paste soup and haven't tried it yet, today I recommend giving their Seafood Rieu Hotpot a taste! It's a new dish at Thuận Phúc, an upgrade from the traditional shrimp paste soup bowl.
Thuận Phúc is like a culinary haven in Vũng Tàu every time I visit! Whenever I'm in Vũng Tàu, I always make sure to stop by Thuận Phúc because they have so many delicious dishes, and every dish is a delight!

Every time I visit Thuận Phúc hotpot restaurant, my favorite spot is this lard kitchen area!!! Just looking from outside, you can see the whole cooking process. That's how I realize how authentic my shrimp paste soup hotpot is, with a pot full of shrimp paste, boiling broth, and fragrant aroma!
The vegetable counter and self-service dipping sauce station are always fully stocked, so you can help yourself and bring it back to your table!!!

When a pot of shrimp paste soup hotpot is served, the pot already contains thick shrimp paste. The broth is incredibly aromatic, with a rich shrimp paste flavor. Just looking at it, you can tell it's top-notch quality.
Accompanying the shrimp paste soup hotpot is a generous platter of toppings: beef brisket, shrimp, squid, fish balls, blood cake, and tofu
This platter already contains 6 types of toppings, and I find each dish incredibly fresh, delicious, and plentiful.
Especially noteworthy are the seafood items: shrimp and squid here. The shrimp and squid are incredibly fresh and delicious. Whenever I visit Thuận Phúc for seafood, I'm always confident in the quality because I've eaten here many times and have never been disappointed with the seafood quality.
The beef brisket is incredibly tender, with marbled fat intertwined with tender meat. Just looking at it makes me crave. Dip the beef brisket in the shrimp paste soup hotpot, and it's heavenly.
Alongside the high-quality meat and seafood, the fish balls and tofu are also exceptionally good. The fish balls are tender and fragrant, while the tofu is golden brown on the outside, and creamy and soft on the inside
Unlike other shrimp paste soup hotpots that only use crab paste, Thuận Phúc stands out by using rich and smooth shrimp paste, uniquely fragrant, which is only available at Thuận Phúc
The shrimp paste is abundant, each piece is large and firm, without disintegrating like many other types of shrimp paste. When eaten, you can clearly feel the soft, fragrant, and rich flavor of the shrimp paste
For those who love the shrimp paste in the traditional bowl of shrimp paste noodle soup at the restaurant, but find the small bowl insufficient, this time you must try this shrimp paste soup hotpot immediately! If the shrimp paste in the hotpot is not abundant enough, you can order an extra plate of shrimp paste to satisfy your cravings

One distinctive feature of this new hotpot at Thuận Phúc, which I've never seen before, is the addition of rice crackers to eat with. Previous hotpots at the restaurant only served noodles. This time, they've added rice crackers, which are chewy and soft, combined with the sweet and fragrant shrimp paste soup, it's incredibly delicious
With this excellent comeback of the Seafood Shrimp Paste Soup Hotpot, I find it incredibly worthwhile. I believe it will soon surpass the squid hotpot and tuna tendon hotpot, becoming the restaurant's TOP 1, just wait and see
