(Thethaovanhoa.vn) - MC Minh Nghi shared her insights for the first time leading all competitions at UEC Samsung Autumn 2022.
Over the past weekend, the UEC Samsung Autumn 2022 tournament was a resounding success. This annual Esports event for university students attracted Esports teams from across the country. In UEC Samsung Autumn 2022, 3 disciplines competed: VALORANT, League of Legends: Speed War, and PUBG Mobile.

Notably, despite being a tournament for non-professional student teams, UEC Samsung Autumn 2022 was organized on a large and professional scale. Alongside the teams, players, and audience, we cannot overlook Minh Nghi - the most famous female MC in the Vietnamese Esports scene. She alone hosted all 3 games and contributed significantly to the success of UEC Samsung Autumn 2022.

Despite the busy schedule of Esports competitions at UEC Samsung Autumn 2022, the beautiful MC still had some thoughts to share with fans about her special 'first time' experience at this event.
Hello MC Minh Nghi, welcome to UEC Samsung Autumn 2022. Can you share your thoughts on attending this tournament with a new role?
MC Minh Nghi: Today, I'm delighted as Game Studio 3 of VNG is hosting this tournament. Normally, I'm part of the production team, that is, a member of the organizing committee. But today, I'm a talent, MC for all 3 games: VALORANT, League of Legends: Speed War, and PUBG Mobile. I find it very exciting, especially since this is my first time hosting PUBG Mobile and VALORANT.
What's your impression of the atmosphere at the UEC Samsung Autumn 2022 event, as well as the cheering from the audience?
MC Minh Nghi: Today is truly amazing because it's been a while since I've had the opportunity to work on such a large stage with such a large audience.

Leading all 3 disciplines continuously, and hosting some games for the first time, do you feel any pressure?
MC Minh Nghi: Initially, I was a bit worried when the VALORANT competition started quite early. But when I stepped onto the stage, the audience arrived in large numbers and cheered enthusiastically. That really surprised and pleased me, especially with the VALORANT audience.
Could you share your thoughts on the Esports movement for students, especially through this event?
MC Minh Nghi: I believe promoting Esports and guiding students who intend to pursue a professional path is always a concern for those involved in Esports. Students are a crucial community in determining whether an Esports game can be successful or not.
For example, like myself, originally a student of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - a school where gaming was rare, so I didn't have many opportunities for activities or friends with the same interests. But now the school is starting to have strong Esports movements like extracurricular activities, annual events. I'm very happy about that. To achieve this, besides the school, support from the publishers is essential, with professional, large-scale events, creating the best environment for students to access Esports.

Last question, could you share what led MC Minh Nghi to host all 3 Esports disciplines?
Specifically, it's currently the off-season, so I'm quite free. And I also volunteered to help my colleagues at this UEC event. So they sent me the scripts for all 3 disciplines.
Honestly, my goal is to become a comprehensive Esports MC, not specific to any particular game. So I think that's why I accepted bigger challenges, testing myself with games I've never worked with before. I've learned a lot, so I'm very excited to work on all 3 games at UEC Samsung Autumn 2022.

Thank you, MC Minh Nghi, for the incredibly interesting conversation, and I wish you continued success in the career path you've chosen.
