After the leaked information about what's new with Redmi A3+, I also have my own expectations for this Xiaomi phone. So, how is the Redmi A3+ concept designed? What are the specifications of Redmi A3+? When will Redmi A3+ be launched? How much will Redmi A3+ cost? Let's find out in this article!
Note: Due to leaked images, the concept of Redmi A3+ has not yet appeared, so I will use images of Redmi A2+ for illustration purposes in this article.

Redmi A3+ concept with youthful, trendy design
As mentioned earlier, I still haven't found any leaked images or concepts of Redmi A3+. Therefore, I'll use its predecessor, the Redmi A2+, to outline my expectations for the design of Redmi A3+. Firstly, Redmi A3+ is expected to maintain its overall soft and light appearance. The device will have rounded corners and a curved back to optimize grip, allowing users with small hands to comfortably operate it with one hand. Additionally, the overall thickness and weight of the device will be optimized to ensure prolonged usage without causing hand fatigue.

Furthermore, I'd like the edges of Redmi A3+ to be flat to achieve a balanced overall design, avoiding excessive femininity or lack of sophistication. In terms of material, I believe Redmi A3+ will likely use plastic due to its positioning in the budget segment. This plastic material also helps Redmi A3+ operate coolly.

On the back of Redmi A3+, I expect this area to feature a youthful design with various color options such as: Blue, Pink, Green, Black, White. This will provide users with multiple choices according to their preferences. Additionally, I hope the rear surface of the device will have a matte finish along with beautiful color-shifting effects.

I also wish that the rear camera lenses of Redmi A3+ will be designed in a floating form, without a black cluster surrounding them but protruding directly from the back. This somewhat makes the overall rear look seamless and neater.

Turning to the front, Redmi A3+ will feature a waterdrop notch display with AMOLED panel, 6.5-inch size, and HD+ resolution (720x1600 pixels). I don't expect the company to upgrade the resolution significantly but only hope that Redmi A3+ will switch to using AMOLED panel for vibrant, beautiful displays. Additionally, I hope Xiaomi will optimize the surrounding screen bezels to be thinner compared to its predecessor.
Redmi A3+ comes with a decent configuration featuring the Helio G85 chip
An upgrade I want to see on Redmi A3+ is its performance. That's why I expect this phone to be equipped with the MediaTek Helio G85 chip. Just to add some more information for you, this processor is built on a 12nm process, consisting of 2 Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz, and 6 Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz. With this, Redmi A3+ will better handle user tasks and provide smoother gaming experience compared to its predecessor using the Helio G36 chip.

I also expect Redmi A3+ to have 4 GB/6 GB RAM options paired with 64 GB/128 GB internal storage. These specifications are slightly superior to the previous generation, helping the device perform multitasking better while supporting the efficient operation of the Helio G85 chip. The upgraded internal storage also allows us to store more data and apps. I think this is a necessary improvement because nowadays apps are getting heavier in size.

A 5,000 mAh battery remains a suitable choice for Redmi A3+ as many budget products today have such battery capacity. From my own experience, I predict that Redmi A3+ can last for about 1 day with this battery for basic tasks.

Due to significant upgrades in specifications, the camera aspect of Redmi A3+ will not be set with excessively high expectations by me. This is a necessary trade-off to help the company balance costs. Therefore, I expect Redmi A3+ to be equipped with a rear camera with a resolution of 16 MP + 2 MP (macro camera) and an 8 MP selfie camera. With these specifications, Redmi A3+ still meets users' basic photography needs, allowing you to share photos on social media with friends if you don't demand too much on quality.
How much is Redmi A3+? When will Redmi A3+ be released?
I hope Redmi A3+ will be released around March 2024 with a starting price from 3.8 million VND for the 4 GB RAM + 64 GB internal storage version. This price is accessible to many users and is also very competitive considering the specifications the device will have. Moreover, this price will help Redmi A3+ to increase competitiveness with other competitors in the market.
