Our haven is nestled on a sandy hill, just 100 meters from the beach, far from the urban bustle. Here, the ambiance is the sound of gentle waves, the melodious twittering of swallows, and the sea breeze that whispers endlessly.
Escape the City Bustle for 2 Days by the Lagi Coastline
To temporarily break free from the stifling urban environment, we packed our bags and headed to Lagi (Binh Thuan) after a 5-hour drive, bypassing familiar places like Da Lat, Phan Thiet, and Vung Tau.
We arrived at 2 PM, intending to take a nap before renting a bike to visit Ke Ga lighthouse. However, this plan completely fell apart.
During our 2-day stay at Lara Homestay, the entire group stayed within a 70-meter radius, spending the entire day doing nothing but savoring the peaceful atmosphere.

The host constructed this area with the purpose of creating a tranquil space for guests. Lara provides only the essentials—beds, mats, pillows, blankets. No TV, no air conditioning, not every room has hot water, and there's no Wi-Fi.
In that leisurely space, dormant energy suddenly awakens. Throughout the day, I simply plugged in my earphones, grabbed a book, sat by the veranda, and when it was time to eat, I did; after eating, I lounged and slept, waking up to repeat the cycle. In the evening, the hostess baked cakes, brewed tea for guests to leisurely enjoy the sunset.

After indulging in cakes, tea, and finishing our books, we headed to the beach for a swim. The beach was clean, empty, and perfect for a serene dip.
Returning in the evening, we savored a seafood BBQ, sipping wine to the tune of soft music, engaging in conversations with fellow lodgers. And thus, one day concluded. The same routine continued on the second day, like a comforting habit.
Life here is like a fairy tale, free from worries.
