Day 1:
Mooc Spring is located along Quyet Thang Road, a branch of the Ho Chi Minh Highway, about 10 km west-northwest of Phong Nha tourist center. Following the winding road through lush green mountains, visitors will encounter the stream nestled amidst the valley of towering limestone mountains, stretching along the Chay River for about 3 km. The central area of the spring is approximately 350 meters wide. Here, nature converges in full splendor with lakes, rivers, streams, and rocky waterfalls.
Exploring Mooc Spring and the Chay River allows visitors to immerse themselves in nature and engage in thrilling adventure activities, such as ziplining (a form of rope swinging) into the cool waters, participating in underwater games, or kayaking.
In the evening, after dining at the hotel, you might want to try visiting Coco café - a famous bamboo coffee shop in Dong Hoi. Located at 57 Nguyen Huu Canh, Hai Thinh Ward, Dong Hoi, Coco café is constructed primarily with bamboo materials.
