Distinctive features of each golf hole at Skukuza Golf Club
Hole 1
When playing golf at Hole 1 of Skukuza Golf Club, you'll face challenges as it's a par 4 hole sloping slightly downhill with 'Lake Panic' on the left and boundary stakes on the right. Therefore, you need a good tee shot to approach the water hazard surrounded by the green.

Hole 2
Approaching the second hole of Skukuza Golf Club, you'll need a short shot to cross the tail end of Lake Panic and reach a small green.
Hole 3
The third hole is the first and longest par 5 on the Skukuza Golf Club course. The tee shot slightly slopes within the first 250m, curves along a dogleg at the next 250m to the left, then slightly ascends thereafter from the tee box on the left and exits the boundary on the right.

Hole 4
It can be said that the fourth hole is the most challenging hole at Skukuza Golf Club in terms of shots (Par 4). It's an uphill stretch from the tee box over 400m, with no boundary allowing for a right-hand side run-off.
Hole 5
The fifth hole is the second Par 5 and is a straight downhill hole, with some large Marula trees hindering both your shot execution and approach.
Hole 6
Skukuza Golf Club's Hole 6 is a challenging par 4 due to several trees on the fairway and thick bushes behind the grass area that will hinder your progress.
Hole 7
This is a par 4 hole, curving along a short dogleg where long hitters can drive the green if they cut the angle with a tee shot over the stakes beyond the right boundary, running all the way along the path to the green.

Skukuza Golf Club's Hole 8 is a fairly straight par 4 that will slope downhill with an unseen target. This Par 4 hole is also quite suitable for long hitters, with no boundary stakes on the right and red stakes on the right side of the green.
Hole 9
Hole 9 is the signature hole of Skukuza Golf Club. It's a truly beautiful hole where you'll conclude your round and also have the opportunity to admire the unique rest of this South African golf course.
