Step 1: Whiten the entire body, gently exfoliating with a scrubbing body wash.
Step 2: Apply the thickened yogurt mixture directly onto the skin, taking the opportunity to gently massage it in for deeper absorption, enhancing skin brightness.

After 10 sessions of whitening with homemade yogurt, Thuy began the natural herbal whitening process.
