Add a burst of color to your meal with these effortlessly high-quality Korean vegetable rice balls. It's a whole new world compared to the familiar sesame salt rice balls.
Similar to Vietnamese rice balls, Korean rice balls need to be perfectly shaped. However, the difference lies in the texture - the rice must be thoroughly mixed and sticky. When shaping the rice, it's combined with crumbled seaweed, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Sesame oil and sesame seeds are essential components in Korean rice balls, regardless of the type. Vibrant in color, diverse in flavors, non-restrictive, and with a simple preparation method, Korean rice balls have won over a large number of food enthusiasts.

Ingredients:
- Fragrant mushrooms: 50g
- Carrot: ½ piece
- Chicken broth: 15ml
- Sesame oil: 5ml
- Finely chopped garlic, ginger, and toasted sesame seeds
- Brown rice: 100g
How to make Korean rice balls:
Step 1:
- Rinse the rice thoroughly, about 2-3 times, then cook it in a pot as you would normally cook rice.
