- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon pho soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons filtered water
Marinating Ingredients for Beef
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Finely chopped garlic and ginger
- Pepper
Cooking Steps
- Remove the tough stems and cut the large leaves of kale for even cooking
- Rinse the kale thoroughly and let it drain
- Clean the beef with diluted saltwater, drain, and slice thinly
- Marinate the beef for about 10 minutes with oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper
- Boil a pot of water, cook the noodles until done, then drain and mix with a spoon of sesame oil to prevent sticking

- In another pot of boiling water, briefly blanch the kale (about 2 minutes), then transfer it to a plate
- Heat a pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add the sliced beef
- When the beef is medium rare, add the kale and noodles, pour in the prepared noodle sauce, toss evenly, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the flavors blend; then turn off the heat
