The peak season from October to November is the usual tourist season for Cambodia, as well as the holiday period in Europe in July and August. Therefore, those planning to visit and stay on Koh Rong Samloem during this time will need to book accommodations in advance.
Currently, there are no banks or ATMs on Koh Rong Samloem and Koh Rong. Credit/debit cards are not accepted, so travelers must be prepared with cash to pay for food, drinks, and other recreational activities.
