Activate DNS over TLS (DoT) Feature in Windows 11
To enable this DoT feature, you need to take note and follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open the Settings on your device.

Step 2: Select Network & internet > Wi-Fi.

Step 3: Click on Network Properties.

Step 4: Under DNS server assignment, select Edit.

Step 5: Choose Manual.

Step 6: Turn On IPv4 > Under Preferred DNS, enter 1.1.1.1, and under Alternate DNS, enter 8.8.8.8 > Select Save.

Step 7: Open Command Prompt and run the following 4 commands one by one:
- netdns dns add global dot=yes
- netsh dns add encryption server= dothost=: autoupgrade=yes
- ipconfig /flushdns
- ipconfig /renew
