The Material Design interface has been updated for some Android apps, but YouTube and Google Chrome seem to be missing out. Mytour previously introduced you to using the Material Design-style Google Chrome interface, but it's still in beta and not yet finalized. It will take some more time before it's officially launched.
YouTube is one of the largest free video-sharing websites in the world, so there are many users interested in this Material Design interface. Just like exploring Material Design on Google Chrome. In this article, we'll also use the Material interface on YouTube, but with incredibly simple steps that anyone can follow. Stay tuned for the following article.

Note: Since it's in test mode, you need to sign out of all YouTube and Google accounts to activate it..
Step 1: Visit HERE to open the US version of YouTube.
Step 2: Press F12 to open the Developer Console tool.
Step 3: In Resources, select Cookies and delete Visitor as shown in the image
Step 4: Go back to the Console tab and enter the following command: document.cookie='VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE=Qa1hUZu3gtk;pa th=/;domain=.youtube.com';
Step 5: Refresh the page to see the results.
With just a few basic steps, we've successfully activated the Material Design interface, providing a smoother experience on YouTube. This interface offers a much smoother experience than the old one, it looks more intuitive, compact, while still retaining the old features. The keyboard shortcuts on YouTube still work.
