Why travel far when you can visit Eo Gió and be awestruck by the magnificent and untouched marvels of nature, like a masterpiece crafted by creation itself.
Discover the breathtaking wonders of nature at Eo Gió this summer, nestled in the midst of our beautiful Vietnam.
In the travel enthusiasts' dictionary, especially those who love the beach, 'Xứ Nẫu' in Bình Định might not sound as alluring as Nha Trang, Đà Nẵng, or Phan Thiết, right? The mere mention of Bình Định might evoke thoughts of intense sunlight and rugged landscapes. However, if you visit Bình Định, especially with a local guide, you'll undoubtedly get hooked on this place, thanks to its unexploited natural beauty - a charm that hasn't been heavily tapped into for tourism.
And if you ask about one of the most beautiful places in Bình Định, the locals will promptly say it's Eo Gió and Kỳ Co Beach!

Just hearing the name, you can probably imagine what Eo Gió's coastal area looks like, right? Eo Gió is situated in the coastal stretch of Nhơn Lý commune, Quy Nhơn city, surrounded by a majestic crescent-shaped mountain range. Due to its unique geographical features - a sort of horse saddle, nestled between two high coastal cliffs - it earned the name Eo Gió, meaning 'Wind Channel Sea Strait.'
Eo Wind, untouched and majestic, rivals any coastal region in Central Vietnam. It's like a marvel nestled amidst rocky mountain ranges, requiring exploration to truly appreciate. Once there, you'll be captivated by the incredibly clear turquoise waters, towering rock formations with peculiar shapes embracing the entire coastal area, and the serenity of lying on the rocks, listening to the sea breeze whispering in your ears - an indescribable peace.
Along the mountain cliffs, you'll find charming caves like Kỳ Co Cave, Ba Nghé Cave, attracting numerous swallows to live and build their nests. Surrounding the coastal area are lush green grass fields; occasionally, you might encounter herds of peacefully grazing goats or a couple taking wedding photos. Nearby is the 'Stone Hatchery' with rocks resembling eggs in various sizes and colors, creating a truly beautiful natural masterpiece.

Being a fishing village rather than a famous tourist destination, the atmosphere here is incredibly tranquil, and the locals are exceptionally hospitable. Visit this place in the coming summer to discover how beautiful Vietnam truly is and explore the wonders of nature firsthand.
From Eo Wind, it only takes 30-40 minutes to reach Kỳ Co Beach by boat or canoe. At Kỳ Co, you'll be amazed by the pristine beauty of this place. If you've ever been enchanted by the emerald green Palawan beach in the Philippines, Kỳ Co Beach will undoubtedly leave you spellbound again. The turquoise sea with silent rock formations creates many small, charming 'pools' that will leave you in awe.

In Kỳ Co, tourism is still in its early stages of development. So, if you expect luxurious services or grand facilities, this place probably isn't for you. However, in return, you'll experience the charm of local life, indulge in fresh seafood, and admire the untouched beauty of a coastal area with minimal human interference. These are fantastic experiences that every young person should try at least once in their life.

- It's recommended to visit Eo Wind from April to September. During this period, there are no stormy winds, and the sea is relatively calm.
To reach the stunning Eo Gió, take the Thị Nại Bridge, reach the Nhơn Hội intersection, turn right onto the well-paved straight road for approximately 5 km to the center of Nhơn Lý commune. Park your vehicle near a local house and walk about 100 meters to reach your destination.
Near the coast lies a fishing village where you can mingle with locals, indulge in fresh seafood, take a refreshing dip in freshwater, or explore the temple featuring a statue of Quan Âm facing the sea.
