White Sand Dunes is a large freshwater lake in Binh Thuan, located approximately 65km northeast of Phan Thiet city. It is situated in Hong Lam village, Hoa Thang commune, Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province.
Travelers can reach White Sand Dunes via two routes: From Hon Rom, take a Jeep ride along the road to Mui Ne, or from Phan Thiet city via Highway 1A to Luong Son, turning right at the intersection, then traveling about 18 km.
White Sand Dunes have existed for ages, originally a large lake. Locals later piled up sand to create a passage across it. From then on, this large lake was divided into 2 parts: a small lake named Bau Ong and a large lake named Bau Ba.

Amongst the white sand dunes lies a lake named Lotus Lake, adorned with numerous blooming lotus flowers covering its surface. Travelers can freely roam around the sand dunes, take photos, or camp. For a more adventurous experience, those who seek thrill can rent a jeep to explore the magical beauty of this 'mini wilderness.' Ticket prices range from 400,000 to 600,000 VND per vehicle for 2 people for 20 minutes.
Additionally, you can enjoy sand sliding with a rental price of 20,000 VND per board. Visitors will experience the wonderful sensation of sliding across the sand dunes, conquering one hill after another. Don't forget to capture sparkling photos here!
